Eiman Sadegh, Founder and Lawyer
Eiman Sadegh holds a Bachelor of Civil Law and a Juris Doctorate Diploma in Common Law from the University of Montreal.
Following his studies, Mr. Sadegh became a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Bar of Quebec. He has also served as the President of the Persian Law Association of Quebec, as well as the Executive Vice President of the Iranian Canadian Business Council (Quebec Chapter.)
Mr. Sadegh’s legal practice focuses on the immigration of entrepreneurs and investors from the Middle East and Asia. Over the years, he has assisted hundreds of clients in investing and relocating their families to have more opportunity in this life. His reputation precedes him with published news articles as he takes strong positions on immigration issues, particularly in Canada, defending the rights of migrants to be treated fairly and with dignity.
Multicultural at heart, Mr. Sadegh is fluent in English, French, Persian and Portuguese.
Ahmed Elzoghbi holds a Bachelor of Science from Suez Canal University, Egypt and a Certificate in Canadian Immigration Law from LaSalle College, Canada. Mr. Elzoghbi pursued further studies at University of McGill, Canada in the field of legal translation.
As a human rights advocate, Mr. Elzoghbi studied International Humanitarian Law and started his career by working in the International committee of Red Cross where he helped many refugee claimants to relocate in a new safe home. Mr. Elzoghbi received awards for his work from governmental and nongovernmental organizations. And he was hosted in some TV meetings by Canadian and international media. He equally hosts his own channel on YouTube where he shares on a variety of topics including integration in Canada for foreigners.
In addition, Mr. Elzoghbi has an excellent understanding of investors immigrants needs. He studied business management and obtained certificates from the American University in Egypt, Leadership Academy in Denmark and the University of Montreal in Canada. Previously working with Me Sadegh at Canadian Future, Mr. Elzoghbi is an integral part of Global Gates.
Mr. Elzoghbi is fluent in English, Arabic and French.
Atena Sadegh graduated with an MA in Public and International Affairs, studying the social and economic effects of Public Policy.
She spent the initial part of her career working for governmental organizations, including the Canadian Embassy in Bangkok and the Canadian Immunization Conference in Ottawa. In the second part of her career, Ms. Sadegh began consulting for international financial organizations, such as the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank, for private sector development projects.
Currently with the firm, Ms. Sadegh is responsible for the oversight of general operations, maintaining and creating client relations, providing case suitability analysis and recommendations.
Her understanding of both public bureaucracy logic and private sector needs provides her with the required skills to find creative avenues for clients who desire to migrate. She is also a published Author on the economic issues in Iran, and women’s role in the third sector economy.
She is fluent in English and French and holds intermediate levels of Persian and Spanish.
